1. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years or older to obtain a CDL. Able to pass a DOT physical exam. Able to follow specific directions. Possess a high school diploma/GED certificate or being beyond the age of high school attendance as prescribed by Utah law. Credit will be granted for a student that has passed any written test or had some driving experience; these credits will consist of reduced hours or tuition discount at director's consideration.

2. ATTENDANCE

Attendance is crucial to complete the course successfully. If you need to miss a class, let the instructor or director know. The student should always follow all safety and traffic regulations. It is prohibited to attend classes under the influence of any controlled substance. If found under the influence of a controlled substance, the student will be suspended and not permitted to continue with the course with no refund due. Good behavior is required when attending classes.

3. COOLING-OFF PERIOD

A three-business day cooling-off period commences with the day of the enrollment agreement with the applicant's signature or having made an initial deposit or payment toward tuition, until midnight of the 3rd business day following such day or from the date that the student first visits the institution, whichever is later. During this time this enrollment agreement may be rescinded and all monies paid refunded. If the student decides not to proceed with the course after the 3 business days cooling-off period, TNT Trucking School Inc will refund the total deposit without any charges. The student may withdraw voluntarily from the program or be dismissed for improper behavior after the 3 business days cooling-off period.
